Refund Policy
Your Songs Forever
Effective Date: February 20, 2026
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Your Songs Forever, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
- All Sales Are Final Every song created by Your Songs Forever is a custom, one-of-a-kind digital product crafted exclusively for you based on the personal details, memories, and story you submit. Because song production begins promptly after your order is placed — and because the final delivered song is a unique digital asset that cannot be "returned" — all sales are final once production has begun.
We do not offer refunds based on:
Subjective dissatisfaction with creative interpretation, lyrical style, or musical choices
Preference for a different genre, tempo, or vocal tone than what was delivered
Changes of mind after the order has been placed
Errors in submitted content (see Section 4 of our Terms of Service)
Personal circumstances that have changed after the order was placed
- The Complimentary Remake — Your Primary Remedy We stand behind our work. If your delivered song contains a genuine issue — such as an incorrect name, a factual error based on what you submitted, an unintended style mismatch, or a technical quality issue — you are entitled to one (1) complimentary remake under the following conditions:
The remake request must be submitted within 24 hours of your delivery email
You must provide clear, specific feedback identifying the issue (e.g., name pronounced incorrectly, wrong tempo, incorrect detail)
The remake addresses the original request — it is not an opportunity to create a song for a different recipient, occasion, or story
Only one remake per order is available; no additional remakes are offered after the complimentary remake is delivered
The complimentary remake is the designated remedy for creative concerns and dissatisfaction with the song output. It is not a refund, and does not entitle you to an additional order at no charge.
- Limited Refund Exceptions Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:
a) Verified Delivery Failure If a technical failure on our end prevents delivery of your completed song, and we are unable to resolve the issue or deliver within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion.
b) Significant Production Delay In the rare event that your order is materially delayed beyond our stated delivery timeframe due to circumstances on our end — and you have not yet received your song — you may contact us to discuss your options, which may include a refund or order credit.
c) Confirmed Duplicate Charge If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
Refunds are not available for any reason other than those listed above. All refund decisions outside these exceptions remain at the sole discretion of Your Songs Forever.

Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue
Allow up to 3–5 business days for our team to review your request and respond
We are committed to resolving all issues promptly and fairly. If you believe there has been an error or technical failure, please reach out — we want to make it right.

Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order before production begins, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once song production is underway. Orders cancelled before production begins may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion.

Digital Asset Acknowledgment By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
Your song is a custom digital asset delivered electronically
Once delivered, the digital file cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense
The nature of digital goods means that standard physical-product refund models do not apply
Refund eligibility is therefore limited as described in this policy
